OVERVIEW

This 1973 Plymouth 'Cuda has logged less than 700 miles since undergoing a nut-and-bolt restoration. It is powered by a reportedly numbers-matching 340cid V8 backed by a 727 TorqueFlite three-speed automatic transmission. During the restoration, the body was finished in the original color of Basin Street Blue (code B3) as verified by the original fender-mounted data tag. Features include chrome bumpers with bumper guards, a gray grille, fog lights, hood scoops, a fender-mounted antenna, chrome mirror housings, wheel well and rocker trim, a white vinyl top, and a rear valance-exit exhaust.

EXTERIOR - WHEELS AND TIRES

A set of 14-inch chrome Magnum 500 wheels with bright center caps and trim rings is wrapped in newer whitewall tires.

INTERIOR – FEATURES

The front bucket seats and the rear seat have been reupholstered in white vinyl. Features include white door panels with manual windows, power steering, a sport steering wheel, a center console-mounted automatic transmission shifter, a factory AM radio, a black dashboard and carpeting, woodgrain inserts, a heated rear window blower, and white trim.

INTERIOR – GAUGES

The set of Rallye gauges includes a 150-mph speedometer, a 7,000-rpm tachometer, a clock, and readouts for the fuel level, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and alternator. The odometer reads 56,330 miles, but the true mileage on this vehicle is unknown.

ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION

Power is provided by a reportedly numbers-matching 340cid V8 and backed by a 727 TorqueFlite three-speed automatic transmission. A safety inspection was recently completed.

UNDERCARRIAGE

This 'Cuda was factory-equipped with an independent front suspension and a solid rear drive axle. Braking is provided by power front discs and rear drums. A dual exhaust system exits at the rear.
