OVERVIEW
This 1964 Chevrolet Corvette Sting Ray convertible is powered by a rebuilt, numbers-matching L76 327cid V8 backed by the reportedly original four-speed manual transmission. Features include power steering, air conditioning, a Delco AM/FM radio, and reproduction knock-off wheels. Finished in Riverside Red and equipped with a white convertible top over a red vinyl interior, this Corvette comes from the selling dealer with service records and a clear title.
EXTERIOR – FEATURES
In 2016, the body was refinished in the original factory color of Riverside Red (code 923). Features include chrome bumpers, hideaway headlights, a driver-side mirror, a manual white convertible top, and a rear antenna.
EXTERIOR - WHEELS AND TIRES
A set of 15-inch reproduction aluminum knock-off turbine wheels is wrapped in 205/75R15 Coker American Classic whitewall radial tires.
INTERIOR – FEATURES
The bucket seats and trim are upholstered in red vinyl. Features include manual windows, a wood-rimmed steering wheel, a tilt steering column, a center console-mounted manual transmission shifter, power steering, a Delco AM/FM radio, and air conditioning.
INTERIOR – GAUGES
A 160-mph speedometer, 7,000-rpm tachometer, clock, and gauges for the fuel level, oil pressure, coolant temperature, and battery are located ahead of the driver. The odometer reads 4,935 miles, but the true mileage on this vehicle is unknown.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
Power is provided by a rebuilt, numbers-matching L76 327cid V8 and backed by the reportedly original four-speed manual transmission. Engine bay features include finned aluminum valve covers, an aluminum intake manifold, and a chrome air cleaner. The selling dealer states that in June 2023, the engine bay was cleaned; the top of the engine was painted; the steering rag joint, main heater valve, and harmonic balancer were replaced; and a tachometer conversion kit was installed. UNDERCARRIAGE
This Corvette was factory-equipped with a four-wheel independent suspension and a rear drive axle. Braking is provided by manual four-wheel drums. A dual exhaust system exits at the rear. An alignment was performed in June 2023.

@EddieSmith- It had A/C on it when we purchased it in 2018. We believe the A/C Compressor is an updated one.

@MJvette- No spare tire, It does have a Holly Carburetor it right now, The 327/350 sticker was not correct when we bought it in 2018. 1964 Corvettes had stickers on the valve covers and not the air cleaners. We put the correct s365 sticker on it when we refreshed the engine. It is a 327/365 engine. There are no extra parts with the car, I do not know the brand of Knock Wheels. They are the same ones that were on it when we purchased it in 2018. We purchased the Corvette in 2018 without documents.
