OVERVIEW
This 1932 Ford "rat rod" pickup is a one-off custom build powered by a 318cid V8 mated to a three-speed automatic transmission. It was designed around an original steel cab and offers bucket seats, whitewall tires, and a lengthened cargo bed with wooden planks. Finished in blue over an interior with saddle brown vinyl seat cushions, this pickup is now offered by the selling dealer with a clear title.
EXTERIOR – FEATURES
The original steel cab and the rest of the body are finished in blue with a visible patina and are covered in clearcoat. Features include yellow fog lights, a hood ornament, a windshield visor, a chopped top, a custom dual exhaust system, bedside cargo boxes, and wooden planks lining the inside of the lengthened cargo bed. The selling dealer has provided images of specific areas of the body with corrosion or blemishes in the gallery to the right.
EXTERIOR – WHEELS AND TIRES
Black-finished steel wheels with center caps are wrapped in reportedly new whitewall tires.
INTERIOR – FEATURES
The interior of the cab offers fabricated metal bucket seats with saddle brown vinyl cushions. The floor is lined with license plates. Features include a leather-wrapped steering wheel, manual-crank windows, an insulated headliner, and dual electric ventilation fans.
INTERIOR – GAUGES
Modern instrumentation has been installed in the dash and includes a speedometer along with readouts for the fuel level, coolant temperature, and other vehicle vitals. The true mileage on the chassis is unknown.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
The 318cid V8 is visible within the open front clip and is said to perform well. Power is fed to the rear wheels via a three-speed automatic transmission.
