OVERVIEW
This 1965 Pontiac Catalina 2+2 Sports Coupe is powered by the reportedly original numbers-matching and newly rebuilt 421cid V8 connected to Tri-Power carburetors and a TH350 three-speed automatic transmission. Finished in Blue Charcoal over a white vinyl interior, this Catalina comes from the selling dealer with vehicle documentation, manuals, a reproduction window sticker, a pair of wide rear wheels, the removed original air cleaner, rear wheel skirts, additional parts, and a clear title.
EXTERIOR – FEATURES
The exterior was refinished in the original color of Blue Charcoal (code B) about 10 years ago. Features include chrome bumpers, a driver-side rearview mirror, a fender-mounted antenna, rocker and wheel opening moldings, 2+2 emblems, and rear body trim.
EXTERIOR - WHEELS AND TIRES
A set of black 14-inch eight-lug Pontiac wheels with bright center caps is wrapped in BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires.
INTERIOR – FEATURES
The front bucket seats and the rear seat are upholstered in white vinyl and surrounded by white vinyl door panels and white trim. Features include manual windows, power steering, a center console-mounted automatic transmission shifter, an AM radio, and factory air conditioning.
INTERIOR – GAUGES
A 120-mph speedometer, a clock, and gauges for the fuel level, oil pressure, coolant temperature, and battery are located ahead of the driver. A factory vacuum gauge is mounted to the front of the center console. The odometer reads 60,497 miles, but the true mileage on this vehicle is unknown.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
Power is provided by the reportedly original numbers-matching and newly rebuilt 421cid V8, which is connected to Tri-Power carburetors and a TH350 three-speed automatic transmission. Engine bay features include black Pontiac valve covers and chrome air cleaner housings. The selling dealer states that the engine has logged 150 miles since being reconstructed.
UNDERCARRIAGE
This Pontiac was factory-equipped with an independent front suspension and a solid rear drive axle. Braking is provided by power four-wheel drums. A dual exhaust system exits at the rear.

Do you have the chrome valve covers?
I, too, have had 8 lugs with trim rings. Have you posted the video? Does the AC work? Amy close up views of the door scratch??
I own and have owned many Pontiac’s and most had eight lug wheels and all had trim rings. The only difference was that size of the ring year to year. I’m reasonably sure a trim ring would fit, assuming they are 14” wheels!
