This 1973 Dodge Challenger is powered by a 360ci V8 mated to a 3-speed automatic transmission and is the recipient of a professional Dark Gray respray over a refurbished interior. Upgrades include newer Dunlop tires over 17” chrome wheels and new upholstery. This Challenger is offered with its original matching-numbers 340ci engine included in the sale and a clear Maryland title in the seller’s name.
The body was resprayed in Dark Grey with black accent stripes running along each door and a black vinyl top. Other features include chrome bumpers front and rear with black guards, quad chrome-rimmed headlamps, functional air inlets on the hood, rear spoiler, and dual exhaust tips.
Aftermarket 17” chrome 5-spoke wheels are wrapped in near new 225/45 Dunlop DZ101 tires.
The interior is trimmed in all black with professionally reupholstered vinyl and cloth seats, a matching dash with woodgrain applique, and a full-length center console. Driver equipment includes a polished solid wood two-spoke steering wheel and a console-mounted shift lever.
Instrumentation includes a 150-mph speedometer and a 7k-rpm tachometer, along with gauges for fuel level, coolant temperature, oil pressure, voltage, and a functional analog clock. Current mileage is reported to be approximately 73k miles, though true mileage is unknown.
Power is provided by a 360ci V8, which is a replacement for the original 340ci, and it is paired with a rebuilt 3-speed TorqueFlite automatic transmission. Photos show what appear to be custom-cut valve covers and an aluminum radiator.
The original, matching-numbers 340ci V8 engine is included in the sale.

@Rlambertz – I’m concerned about the body and if it’s had any rust? ...
The car was repainted before I purchased it so not sure of previous rust. There looks to be some build up under the new vinyl top at the back window
