OVERVIEW
This one-owner 2002 Ford Thunderbird Deluxe convertible has been driven 60,979 miles since new and is powered by a 3.9-liter V8 mated to a five-speed automatic transmission. It comes with both a removable color-matched hardtop as well as a standard black cloth retractable top. Additional equipment includes fog lamps, a hood scoop, a Continental kit, dual-zone automatic climate control, and anti-lock disc brakes. Finished in Whisper White over a black leather interior, this eleventh-generation Thunderbird is now offered by the selling dealer with a cart and cover for storing the hardtop, a clean CARFAX report, and a clear title.
EXTERIOR – FEATURES
The Whisper White exterior is equipped with a black cloth power-retractable soft top and matches the removable hardtop. Equipment includes fog lamps, a hood scoop, a Continental kit, and a dual exhaust system.

Chrome 17-inch seven-spoke wheels are wrapped in 235/50 tires.
INTERIOR – FEATURES
The two-passenger interior is fitted with power-adjustable black leather bucket seats that match the door panels, upper dash, center console, carpeting, and floor mats. Features include brushed metal accents, tinted power windows, power door locks, a power tilt and telescoping steering column, variable-assistance power steering, a leather-wrapped multifunction steering wheel, cruise control, dual vanity mirrors, dual-zone automatic climate control, a power outlet, and an AM/FM sound system with an in-dash six-disc CD changer.
INTERIOR – GAUGES
Instrumentation includes a 160-mph speedometer, a 7,000-rpm tachometer, and gauges for the fuel level and coolant temperature. The digital odometer reads 60,979 miles, which lines up with the most recent figure of 60,958 miles recorded on the CARFAX report in November 2023.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
The 3.9-liter V8 was rated at 252 horsepower and 267 lb-ft of torque when new. According to the CARFAX report, the valve cover gaskets were replaced within the last 2,000 miles. Power is transferred to the rear wheels via a console-shifted five-speed automatic transmission.
UNDERCARRIAGE
Handling is provided by a four-wheel independent suspension, dual stabilizer bars, and a traction control system. Braking is handled by power-assisted anti-lock discs.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
The CARFAX report begins in October 2001 and shows accident-free ownership in New Hampshire and Florida. A storage cart and a cover for the body-color hardtop will come with the car.
