OVERVIEW
This custom 1986 GMC C1500 Sierra Classic Wideside Pickup draws power from a small-block V8 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission. It comes equipped with power front disc brakes, power steering, air conditioning, 20-inch U.S. Mags wheels, and an adjustable air suspension. Finished in metallic blue over a black vinyl interior, this C1500 is now offered by the selling dealer with a CARFAX report and a clear title.
EXTERIOR – FEATURES
The metallic blue exterior features quad headlights, molded front and rear valance panels, a billet grille, a cowl-intake hood with accent striping, stainless steel mirror caps, a sliding rear window, and a roll-up vinyl tonneau cover. The cargo area has a spray-in bedliner.
EXTERIOR – WHEELS AND TIRES
Aluminum 20-inch U.S. Mags five-spoke wheels are wrapped in Vercelli tires.
INTERIOR – FEATURES
The interior of the cab has a black vinyl bench seat, matched to the door panels, dash, and carpeting. Features include Sierra Classic badging, power windows, air conditioning, power steering, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel.
INTERIOR – GAUGES
Instrumentation consists of an 85-mph speedometer and gauges for the fuel level, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and voltage. Auxiliary under-dash gauges have been added. The five-digit mechanical odometer reads 19,124 miles, but the true mileage on the chassis is unknown. The latest CARFAX report mileage figure recorded in 2021 was 50,000.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
The small-block V8 has been upgraded with an Edelbrock carburetor, performance headers, and a custom dual exhaust system. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a column-shifted three-speed automatic transmission.
UNDERCARRIAGE
The airbag suspension is power-adjustable at all four corners. Braking is handled by power discs up front and power drums in the rear.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
This GMC pickup previously appeared on AutoHunter in October 2023. It is now being relisted at a lower reserve price than before. The CARFAX report begins in 1991 and shows accident-free ownership in North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Ohio. The selling dealer has provided a video with a drive-by, an exterior walk-around, and a look inside the engine bay with the motor running.
Does the AC work and if so does it work well? Also power windows work? Anything not working as designed?
BID: $15,000
Reserve has been lowered, happy bidding! Whoever wins this above reserve is getting one heck of a truck at an extremely fair price, in our opinion. Thanks!
