OVERVIEW
This 48,398-mile 2000 Jaguar XK8 coupe has been Arizona-owned since new and receives power from an AJ 4.0-liter V8 mated to a ZF five-speed automatic transmission. Equipment includes a mesh grille, fog lamps, a dual exhaust system, chrome wheels, carbon fiber interior trim, and a traction control system. Finished in Topaz Metallic over an Oatmeal leather interior, this XK8 is now offered with a clean CARFAX report and a clear title in the name of the seller's LLC.
EXTERIOR – FEATURES
The Topaz Metallic (code SEC) body has been upgraded with a mesh grille insert. Additional exterior features include automatic on/off headlights, fog lamps, rain-sensing windshield wipers, body-side moldings, a power antenna, and dual stainless steel exhaust tips.
EXTERIOR – WHEELS AND TIRES
Chrome 18-inch seven-spoke wheels are wrapped in 245/45 front and 255/45 rear Kumho Solus TA71 Z-rated tires that were installed in 2020.
INTERIOR – FEATURES
The cabin is appointed with power-adjustable Oatmeal (code AGD) leather bucket seats up front, a two-passenger seat in the rear, and matching colors for the door panels, dash, center console, carpeting, and floor mats. Features include keyless remote entry, power windows, power door locks, speed-sensitive power steering, cruise control, a leather- and wood-wrapped multi-function steering wheel, automatic climate control, a carbon fiber dash overlay, and a woodgrain shift knob.
INTERIOR – GAUGES
Instrumentation includes a 170-mph speedometer, a 7,500-rpm tachometer, and gauges for the fuel level and coolant temperature. The digital odometer reads 48,398 miles, which lines up with the most recent figure of 48,261 miles that was recorded on the CARFAX report in May 2023.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
The AJ 4.0-liter V8 was rated at 290 horsepower and 290 lb-ft of torque when new. Service has been performed over the past decade at British Automotive Repair in Scottsdale, Arizona, according to the CARFAX report. An oil change was carried out in May 2023; additional maintenance includes the replacement of the spark plugs and ignition coil in 2024, the transmission mounts in 2021, and the air filter and oil pan gasket in 2017. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a console-shifted ZF five-speed automatic transmission.
UNDERCARRIAGE
The front brakes were replaced in May 2023. New sway bar links were installed in April 2021. A traction control system came as standard equipment.

A pleasure to drive, especially the rare ones that have been maintained to a high level. Hopefully it finds a new home. @BigGar, yes, the carbon fibre was professionally installed over the wood. It definitely modernises the interior- very clean look. This car has always been garaged- weatherstripping, window trim, and interior bits show and look as new.
