Vehicle Story

This 1987 Ford Bronco Eddie Bauer Edition is described as a highly original survivor of the truck's fourth generation, powered by the original 302 V8 and comes paired with an automatic transmission. Features include working four-wheel drive, air conditioning and heat, cruise control, power locks, and power windows. Located in Wichita, Kansas, this 1987 Bronco is offered for sale with a clean Kansas title in the seller's name.

Finished in its original shade of Medium Dark Fire Red (CC: 51/5945) with tan accents covering the rockers and top, the vehicle is noted to have no rust in the quarter/rocker panels, floor boards, doors, etc. and retains its original sheet metal.  In addition, the interior is nearly factory condition with no rips, tears, fades or stains, original chrome and top are in excellent condition along with all of the factory badges. The vehicle has new tires, master cylinder and brake booster.  The seller notes the original paint as driver quality, with  the most noticeable paint fading on the roof (pictured).  Other minor paint areas are noted in the pictures as well.

Wheels are 15" in diameter and wrapped in a set of 33" x 10.5" BF Goodrich All-Terrain T/A tires. Power steering is equipped as standard along with power brakes featuring rear-wheel ABS and working push-button four-wheel drive.

The interior is upholstered in original tan cloth upholstery over bucket seating with darker tan carpeting and matching vinyl center console and door panels with no notable rips, cracks, or stains showing in photos. Interior equipment includes working OEM stereo, air conditioning, heat, cruise control, power windows, and power locks.

Tan and black vinyl dash panels are home to factory instrumentation including an 85 MPH speedometer and 6k RPM tachometer as well as dials for oil pressure, fuel level, battery voltage, and coolant temperature. The odometer currently shows  60,000 miles, a mileage discrepancy is noted on the CARFAX report. A minor to moderate accident involving damage to the front end in 1987 is also noted on the CARFAX with no other details provided.

Power is delivered to all four wheels by a factory fuel-injected 302ci V8 paired with an automatic transmission which is reportedly a numbers matching and original engine.

I would keep the bronco in a heartbeat if restoring my roadrunner wasn’t taking my cash and I had more room

Based on the Carfax, prior to myself, it looks like 8 in 34 years. I have had for about a year and it has simply sat in the garage. Originally the plan was to customize significantly but it is to original and clean to do that...as my Ford buddies told me. Plus I have a 1969 roadrunner being fully restored and bought my wife a new Jeep...so we have our top off “itch” satisfied and I have no room.
