ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION

The 3.2-Liter,dohc, 24-valve Inline 6-Cylinder.  VANOS variable valve timing and was rated at 240 horsepower and 236 lb-ft of torque when new. A Racing Dynamics strut tower bar and an aftermarket air intake system have been installed. Within the last five months, the head gasket, thermostat, fuel filter, spark plugs, and spark plug wires were changed. In addition, the engine oil, transmission fluid, differential fluid, coolant, power steering fluid, and hydraulic fluid for the convertible top were replaced. Power is transferred to the rear wheels via a console-shifted ZF five-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential.

UNDERCARRIAGE

Stopping power comes from four-wheel ventilated disc brakes, and the brake fluid was changed within the last five months.
