This 2009 Aston Martin DB9 Volante convertible is a one-owner, 5k-mile car powered by a 5.9-liter V12 mated to a 6-speed Touchtronic 2 automatic transmission. Notable features include a fuel otto cycle, navigation system, a power cloth top,19" wheels, and more. This Islay Blue over tan DB9 was sold new at Marin Luxury Cars in Corte Madera, California, and is offered with a clean CARFAX and a clear California title in the seller’s name.
The exterior is finished in Islay Blue (AST5004D) with a retractable, power-operated convertible black cloth top, and is equipped with automatically-deploying rollbars and dual polished exhaust. The DB9 came from the factory with an aluminum-bonded frame and a mix of aluminum and composite body panels.
Factory 19” multi-spoke aluminum wheels with Aston Martin-branded center caps are wrapped in staggered-width 235/40 front and 275/35 rear Goodyear tires. Stopping power is managed by slotted disc brakes with an anti-lock braking system and emergency braking assistance.
The 2+2 interior is trimmed in tan leather with matching carpet, full-length center console, and contrasting black dash and steering wheel. Amenities include digital automatic climate control, a CD stereo, and navigation.
Instrumentation includes a 220-mph speedometer, a reverse-sweep 8k tachometer, and gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. The digital odometer reads just under 5k original miles.
The 5.9-liter V12 is original to the vehicle and is equipped with multi-point sequential fuel injection, which produced a factory-rated at 470 horsepower and 443 lb-ft of torque when new. Power is transferred to the rear wheels via a 6-speed Touchtronic 2 automatic transmission.
Factory equipment consists of traction-control with electronic brakeforce distribution (EBQ) and dynamic stability control (DSC).
The CARFAX shows no accidents or damage, and a passing California emissions inspection in July 2020 at 4k miles.
