This 1989 Toyota 2WD regular cab pickup shows 73.5k miles and was purchased new by the seller's father-in-law for local parts delivery and retrieval. Power comes from the original 22RE 2.4-liter inline-four, which is mated to a 5-speed manual transmission, and it is finished in dark red over gray cloth. This sixth-generation pickup is offered with owner's books, a clean CARFAX report, and a clear California title.
As noted, the truck was used for parts delivery and pick-up and the paint is fading on various body panels as shown in gallery photos. Other wear-and-tear items include a missing screw cover in the driver-side mirror and a chip in the windshield glass.
205/75 Primewell tires are mounted on factory 14” steel wheels, and the truck has front disc brakes and an independent front suspension.
The interior is trimmed in gray cloth over vinyl flooring and features factory air conditioning, an aftermarket Sanyo AM/FM/cassette stereo, and a jack and tools. Per the seller, the dome light and driver-side door lock bezels are missing and gallery photos show a crack in the flooring at the base of the floor-mounted shifter and wear on the left side of the dash.
Instrumentation includes a 110-mph speedometer along with gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The 6-digit mechanical odometer shows approximately 73,500 original miles.
Power is provided by the original 22RE 2.4-liter inline-four and it is mated to a 5-speed manual transmission.
