This 1959 Chevrolet Apache 3100 long-bed pickup has been restored and lightly modified with a dual exhaust system, two-tone vinyl interior, a modern sound system, and air conditioning. It is powered by a 350ci V8 paired with a TH400 automatic transmission, and custom-painted in Harley-Davidson Orange Fuse and River Rock Gray. This 3100 is offered with a clear Missouri title in the seller’s name.
The Fleetside body is clad in a custom two-tone Harley-Davidson Orange Fuse and River Rock Gray with chrome bumpers, front bumper guards, proper badges and emblems, a color-matched windshield visor, and dual exhaust. The seller notes that the paint shows well with the exception of some blistering on the driver's door and some chips on the tailgate.
Factory steel wheels are color-matched in Orange Fuse with chrome trim rings and bowtie center caps, and are mounted with Coker Classic G78-15 tires. Handling is managed by power steering and the truck is equipped with power front disc and rear drum brakes.
The interior is trimmed in new tan and brown vinyl with an orange metal dash, black carpet, and rubber Harley-Davidson logo floor mats. Wood grain applique adorns the glove compartment and ash tray.
The audio system is a modern Kenwood double-DIN AM/FM/CD head unit with Bluetooth connectivity, and convenience amenities include a heater and air conditioning. Instrumentation is framed by a 3-spoke aluminum steering wheel and includes a 100-mph speedometer, gauges for coolant temperature, voltage, oil pressure, and fuel level, and a 5-digit mechanical odometer showing approximately 7k miles. True mileage is unknown.
The 350ci V8 is mechanically sorted and is fitted with a 4-barrel carburetor, a chrome air cleaner, and a newer EverStart battery. Power is transferred to the rear wheels via a TH400 automatic transmission.
Additional photos showing the underside are available in the gallery.
The sale includes a not-yet-installed wiper motor, as well as a custom truck cover.
