What’s it going to take to get this car? Let’s get this over with and I’ll make a decision with a fair price.

Recently the car was purchased for resale and the prior original owner hasn't had to bring the car in since 2020. Clearly the issue has been resolved just wasn't specifically spelled out in the Carfax notes. Again the car starts up without any problems and drives absolutely perfect.
I don't see any report that battery drainage proble was finally fixed after years of trouble

Looks like in 2020 they troubleshooted the matter and resolved the issue. The car starts right up every time now.

What's drawing down the battery?
@robbnestt2 – Suspension and battery replacements continual problem it seems on car fax. Why so many batteries? ...
The car was garage kept and not driven for periods of time and there was a draw that continued to drain the battery. The prior owner would just take it in every time that occurred and so you see the notes. It should also be noted the original owner was very meticulous with the maintenance and the slightest issue the car would be taken in for service. Currently, the car starts right up after sitting for a week or two at a time.
