This is incorrect. This type of vehicle are leaglly titled and registered in Texas and most states. Once they are registered as regular vehicle it has the full legal right with other vehicles. Meanwhile there are many KEI cars and KEI trucks running around on U.S. highway everyday.Due to the small size and light weight, its highway profermance is good.
Can this vehicle be grandfathered in for use on state and federal highways in the US? Most of these mini trucks cannot be used on city or state or federal highways in the US. Please advise, thanks
