@19Belair55 – C10 is a 2 wheel drive model. Was this body put on a 4 wheel drive chassis? Also, 4 speed doesn't tell us which model transmission the truck has. Is it a Muncie M465? ...

It has the original granny gear 4 speed standard transmission. It is a original 4x4 truck. K10 did not come out until late 1970. Early 70 4x4 were still C10
