1970 Jeep CJ5

This 1970 Jeep CJ5 has undergone a recent refurbishment and is powered by the factory Buick 255ci V6 paired with a 3-speed manual transmission with overdrive and a 2-speed transfer case. The Jeep sits atop a 3" body lift with the factory suspension and 33" tires and features a 12k-lb winch, diamond plating, and 5-point harnesses up front. This CJ5 has traveled approximately 2,600 miles since the refurbishment and comes with two tops, an extra set of wheels, and a clear Colorado title in the seller's name.

The body's is finished in red and exterior features include a 12k-lb winch, diamond plating on the front fenders and rear quarters, and a custom spare tire carrier with fuel can storage fitted fully functional tailgate fitted with a spare tire carrier and fuel can storage. 

The CJ wears 16" black steel wheels wrapped in 235/85 tires, though a set of 33" off-road rubber is included with the sale. The factory suspension supports a 3" body lift.

Gray vinyl covers the front buckets and a rear bench, and 5-point harnesses are fitted up front and lap belts in the back. A fire extinguisher is present underneath the passenger seat.

Instrumentation consists of a 90-mph speedometer, gauges for voltage, temperature, fuel, and an aftermarket Sunpro tachometer. The odometer shows under 2,600 miles, though true mileage is unknown. An aftermarket head unit is also fitted. 

The Buick "Dauntless" 225ci V6 was factory rated at 155hp and 235lb-ft, and it is mated to a 3-speed manual transmission and 2-speed transfer case. The exhaust has been routed to the side of the vehicle just underneath the rocker panels.
