No, it is not street legal, the trailer is NOT self-propelled it's just a pull behind flotation trailer meaning it is amphibious same as the truck. Top speed is somewhere between 20-25 mph, it's not built for that speed it's a go anywhere type of machine, Snow, swap, lake, etc....
