This 1993 Mitsubishi 3000GT is a 76k-mile unmodified sports coupe with an accident-free history, factory fog lamps, newer Goodyear tires, and a quad-outlet exhaust system. The car was originally sold in May 1993 in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania and subsequently relocated to Indiana and later Missouri. Power is provided by a 3.0-liter V6 paired with a 5-speed manual transaxle, and it is finished in Passion Red over a black cloth interior. This 3000GT is offered with a clean CARFAX report, the owner's manual, and a clear Michigan title in the seller’s name.
The body wears what is reported to be the original Passion Red (R71) paint, and the factory aero kit includes air vents in the lower front air dam, pop-up headlamps, and a decklid spoiler. At the rear are a ribbed black plastic license plate surround, a full-width taillamp panel, and a quad exhaust outlets.
Factory 16” 5-spoke aluminum wheels are wrapped in newer Goodyear Eagle Sport 225/55 tires.
The interior is trimmed in black cloth buckets with checkerboard gray inserts, black carpet, and matching embroidered floor mats. Amenities include air conditioning, power windows and locks, cruise control, and a factory AM/FM/cassette with equalizer and steering wheel controls. The center console has an integrated armrest over a storage compartment and dual cupholders, and the factory space-saver spare tire is housed in a recess in the cargo area.
Instrumentation includes a 160-mph speedometer, 9k tachometer, and a fuel gauge in the main cluster, as well as gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, and voltage mounted atop the dash. The 6-digit mechanical odometer reads approximately 76k miles, all original per the seller.
Power comes from the original naturally-aspirated 3.0-liter V6, which was factory-rated at 222-horsepower and 201 lb-ft of torque when new and is transferred to the front wheels via a 5-speed manual transaxle.
Photos showing the underside are available in the gallery.
The CARFAX report shows no accidents or damage on record, as well as a passing Missouri state safety inspection in December 2019. This report along with the original owner's manual, and some touch-up paint are included with the sale.
