I believe it's called a traffic light viewer. It helps see the red or green that may be high above you. I don't think cruise control was an option in 57 but several aftermarket options are available.

Hi Bill, The current owner contracted out all the mechanical refurbishment. He has receipts totaling $48,500. All body and paint work was performed prior to his ownership. Because he did not receive any records or receipts from the previous owner. He's more familiar with the work performed under his ownership. The paint is in great shape with no checking or cracking anywhere. Best, Michael
