what are the adjustable link rods ahead of the rear springs mounts on the frame for?
is the gas tank hand made from steel or a fuel cell for safety? Bill
why are there spacers on the rear wheel lugs?
Is the car all steel? Reproduction fenders, etc?? Is the "customized chassis" an all new chassis or was the original chassis customized for the build? The front of the chassis looks original where the dents are.
thank you for the information. What year was the Silverado engine donor car? Miles on the engine? Same question on the tranmission? What electronics run the engine fuel injection? Thanks Bill
@themerlinsg – Thank you for your questions. This is on customized chassis that was built to fit the truck, the front wheels do not scrape when turning. We do not have engine numbers on the motor, but the motor is out of a Silverado and is an iron block 5.3L rated at 295 HP. This was a written mistake and I apologize. The truck does have power brakes. Bluetooth capability does mean any smart phone can connect to the radio. Thank you again for your questions and happy bidding! ...
This truck does have a clean Mississippi title. The VIN is correct.
@wholmes – There is nothing fundamentally wrong wit Mustang II front independent front suspension but was the geometry altered to match the considerably longer truck wheelbase?? The front tires will scrub badly in a tight turn if not. Does the engine have exhaust headers? Is it smog exempt in Wisconsin ? ...

@Jpine – S. Galloway. I’m almost as old as the truck! My phone number 601-810-0273. It’s best to text me as it doesn’t ring if you’re not in my contacts. Text me your number and I will call you. Really like the truck. I don’t know the current price on it but I’m sure you have a reserve on it that may not have been met. I see $31000 now. Sure it’s worth more. Text me after 12. We’re in church until then. ...
Good afternoon, we tried reaching you via the phone number provided. Thank you!
THE VIN NUMBER DOES NOT SEEM TO HAVE ENOUGH DIGITS TO VERIFY?? Bill
@wholmes – what is the engine horsepower? Is the differential posi-traction? What does the radio being "bluetooth capable" mean? Can it connect to an iPhone now? I love the truck but the details matter as the price increases. I'm too far away to see it in person. From the pictures the Mustang II front axle seems to be moved rearward, is that the case? ...

power brakes? Can anyone verify the engine size for sure? Take the number off the block....? Why display a receipt for a 2008 4.8L and then say it's a 5.3???? Clean title and original VIN?? Bill H
