@MISTERMIKE – Louie01 - I appreciate your prompt and honest responses to my questions. I am sorry using the word “wreck” , but I have had a few cars and have looked at potential projects that were described as abandoned projects and found them to be wrecked cars. So again I am sorry for the use of that term and glad you addressed it the way you did. I hope the auction works out well for you. MISTERMIKE ...
Yeah for sure. No need to apologize. Just wanted it to be clear that's all. Clear Michigan title as well. I drive the car to work on occasion. The car was a driver when it was taken apart as well, everything was just a little tired is what prompted it becoming a project for the previous owner. Then since it was already out and apart I wanted to make sure it was right when it was all put back together.

@MISTERMIKE – - How current are these photos - when were they taken? - When you say car was an abandoned wreck - was it a flood car? Did it have any frame damage? - Is this car road worthy at this time? If a car hauler comes to pick it up for delivery can it be driven? - response would be appreciated - Thank you - Mike ...
Exterior photos are from a few weeks ago just before I relisted this for auction. The interior photos are from a year ago when I originally listed the car for sale. I didn't say abandoned "wreck" I said abandoned "project." A friend had it painted and also removed the motor, transmission and interior and then lost time, budget, interest, etc in it. I had the engine rebuilt with machine work done by Terry's Engine Rebuilding in Green Bay, WI. The transmission was rebuilt locally and the interior was a kit from Year One that was installed professionally by Great Lakes Upholstery. Yes it is more than road worthy. It certainly would get onto a car hauler. You wouldn't even need the car hauler I'd trust it driven anywhere in the country if you were fine with the limited creature comforts available in 1966 and weren't concerned about the gas mileage of a 400 big block and a Rochester 4 barrel. I have other projects I'm working on and what it needs is someone who will drive it and love it more than I have time for right now. Thanks for the interest.

@[email protected] – The air was removed WHY? Was it working before removal ? If not what was the problem with the system? Would those parts be included with the sale? ...
I bought the car as an abandoned project so that was already taken apart when I got it. I sent the original condenser to a radiator shop who convinced me it wasn't worth trying to repair. Since I live in a place where air conditioning isn't a necessity I never got around to restoring the AC to working condition and left it more or less as I found it. But it was original to the car as far as I know. I'm sure the original pump was seized and pitched at some point. I have the condenser on the shelf still and could rummage through my parts to see if I can locate the brackets if that's a deal breaker.
