I completely forgot to mention that the Corvette was covered under an extended warranty that just expired. I therefore renewed it on a month-to-month basis in case the new owner wants to assume the payments ($105.99/MONTH), as it is transferable subject to the company’s discretion. It is with a very reputable company and is their best coverage (i.e., drivetrain, A/C, all electronics, towing, rental, trip interruption, etc.). I will, of course, keep the coverage in place until the ownership of the vehicle is transferred. On transfer, there is a 30 day/500 mile or 40 day/250 mile waiting period to make a claim, whichever comes first. If the new owner does not want the coverage, I will cancel it upon transfer of the title.

I know I am the owner, but you are absolutely correct. Shade or sun, the color just jumps out at you. What really sets it apart, however, is the tan convertible top. I have yet to see one with this color combination in my area. You certainly are noticed when you drive this car!
I had an '06 in this color, Daytona Sunset Orange. It is an absolutely stunning look in person. A real head-turner. And rare. The photos don't do it justice.
