Just got back from the dentist, and almost forgot this ends today. Anyone who has got an Acura from Tyson, will know the love and attention that has gone in. I know from experience with my 1990 Coupe 5-speed I bought from him in Arizona and drove cross country back with my son. So bid with extreme with confidence. I'm surprised there is not a reserve on this, and given that and the current bid (let alone the time and money he has lovingly invested in this one)... I expect the 'last minute' here will be quite exciting as there is a long way to go for what this is really worth. I was in town recently and was able to go by his 'Acura museum' and laid my eyes on this, and it is absolutely gorgeous! Good luck to everyone here in a bit.... and as always: "Save the Manuals!"
@tysonhugie – Thanks guys, means a lot! This car is ready for a new enthusiast to take the reins. I pulled the car out of the garage for a final impromptu walk-around, just one minute long, engine running. Short and sweet. Highest bid takes it today. Might have to copy/paste this link. Thanks all for the interest. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6QSd7ahpWOY ...
We added this video into the listing so it is easier for everyone to see. Thanks Tyson!

Final day and someone is taking an absolute gem of a Legend home. Tyson doesn't skimp when it comes to restorations and the little details. Bid with confidence as you won't find many Legends like this around.
This is truly an incredible piece of Acura history, restored by the man himself! This will be the perfect addition to a collection!
One more thing I checked since it's so common, the "Auto" down function on the driver window master switch does not work. The window goes up and down, it just doesn't do it automatically when you push the switch all the way down. I don't think this works on any of my Legends. If I think of anything else, I'll post up. The Legend community is an amazing and helpful resource / family if you need anything. I first discovered the group when my mom bought a green 1993 L sedan that looked a lot like this one back in 1997. I'm 42 years old now and still think these cars are timeless.
Good morning all, thanks for the comments and bid activity. I took the Legend out this morning to top the tank off with premium fuel and make final observations for you. The car had been sitting for about a week, and (as with my other Legends) the lifters had a light tick that went away by the time I finished my errand. (I mentioned this in the first comment when the auction started ). The car idles smoothly and quietly afterward. The air conditioning blows cold. I engaged the cruise control, everything works as designed. To turn off the engine / release the key on a G2 Legend, you have to push in on it slightly. This car you have to push a little harder than my other Legends. As is mentioned in the ad, some of the windows have water spots on them that I was never able to remove. Detailing wise, the paint is fresh this year and has not received a correction. The passenger side has more texture to it than I would prefer. I would be happy to have Apex Wet Werks go over the exterior one more time for the buyer with a buff and polish if desired. I want the buyer to enjoy this one for a long time and feel confident / proud of it. Thanks for checking out the listing. Final pics are attached.

@ActionJackson – Beautiful Legend… love that Burlwood steering wheel . Great detail to all aspects of appearance items and drivetrain concerns. ...
Thanks Alan, means a lot coming from you! It is hard to believe but this is my 17th Legend including two that were parts cars. There is something special about them. The steering wheel and the wood console were both redone by Craft Customs in Rockwall, Texas. Highly recommended for anyone looking to dress up an interior.

Appreciate that Avery! Also you are absolutely right, the Legend community/family is unlike any other group I've ever known. Super connected. Looking forward to attending my 20th National Acura Legend Meet next year, wherever that ends up being.

Also, take note, whoever buys this vehicle can make great connections in the community to keep this Legend alive for many years to come, if you look at the build sheet, you will see many names of people throughout the Legend community that put in a lot of hard work for their fellow Legend enthusiasts! When buying this car you aren't Just buying a vehicle you are also investing in the opportunity of the community surrounding this great automobile model! One of the greatest close-knit car communities out there that I have ever seen.
