This disclaimer you have provided might keep people from bidding if they can't understand it or don't want to have to pay a smog fee for Oregon when they don't live there, just for example! If you live outside the state of Oregon, no extra fees apply. If you live here in Oregon, we do title work, and then fees apply. Transport is separate, and AutoHunter charges 6.5% of the winning bid.
