@Rosent – That is not accurate, not ALL GM replacement engines had a CE stamp on the pad. ...

Here are pics of the half shaft joints of rear axel and code from the rear differential housing near where the leaf spring plate is bolted.

@GMcarBuyer – Hello, a warranty replacement engine would have "CE" stamp. The photo seller has posted appears to be a bad restamp showing IR suffix without the CE. So while it may be a 427 engine 4-bolt engine it does not appear to be a factory GM stamp and who knows what the block casting number is or what year. Seller, do you have any original documentation showing what horsepower this car was originally such as tank sticker, protecto plate, etc. Please show a photo of the rear axle ratio stamp and the half shaft joints on rear axle. Obviously the hood is not original. Thank you. ...

Hi, no AC. AC was not an option for the big blocks in 1968 due to engine compartment size constraints. It was only an option in 68 for the small blocks.
