2013 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500

This 2013 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 is a low-mileage example that has been with its second owner for the past six years. Treated to regular maintenance and described as unmodified, the exterior color scheme of black with red center stripes is mirrored on the interior leather, which makes this GT500 one of 109 produced in this combination for its model year. 662 horsepower and 631 lb-ft of torque are on tap courtesy of the supercharged 5.8-liter Trinity V8 which is mated to a Tremec TR-6060 6-speed manual transmission. This 2013 Shelby GT500 is offered on a clear Florida title in the seller's name.

Of the 4,885 Shelby GT500 Mustangs produced for the 2013 model year, 1,372 left the factory wearing black paint with optional SVT racing strips as seen here. Wheels are a factory set of 19" forged aluminum double-spokes with SVT center caps and a smoked hyper silver finish which frame Brembo multi-piston brake calipers all around. Tires are a set of four-year-old 265/40 Michelin all seasons. Shelby lettering is situated above a Cobra emblem on the trunk lid while another Cobra emblem appears within the passenger side of the front grille.

Windows are free of tint and a rear diffusor houses factory unmodified quad exhaust tips. Photos show some paint scuffs below the passenger-side headlamp and light damage to the driver-side mirror.

The Charcoal black interior features contrasting red stripes on the seats and shows light to moderate wear on the entry-side bolsters of the driver's seat. The instrument panel houses the traditional Mustang gauge array but with a 200-mph speedometer and an 8,000-rpm tachometer divided by a center multifunction display. The digital odometer reads 17,900 miles which is expressed as original by the seller. 

Items such as the radio, shift knob, and steering wheel remain unchanged from stock; likewise for the center console with cupholders and storage. 

The 5.8-liter Ford Trinity V8 benefits from Ford GT camshafts and is force-fed by a 2.3-liter TVS supercharger delivering maximum boost of 14 PSI. Factory output of 662 horsepower at 6,500 rpm and 631 pound-feet of torque at 4,000 was the result, which is managed by a Tremec TR6060 6-speed manual with a variable-rpm launch control function. The engine and drivetrain have reportedly been left unmodified since new, with only regular maintenance performed over the years.
