This 1932 Ford roadster was purchased by the seller as a project in 2016 and has since been refreshed and modified with a rebuilt Ford 302ci V8, a C4 automatic transmission, 4-wheel disc brakes, and a new cooling system, exhaust, gauges, and Sony sound. Specific performance enhancements include a COMP Cams camshaft, Edelbrock heads, intake, and rocker covers, SCAT crank, rods and pistons, a Holley 650 carburetor, electronic ignition, a remote oil filter, ceramic-coated exhaust manifolds, radiator with electric fan, Boyds wheels, and more. The roadster is titled as a 1932 Ford and is offered with a clear Michigan title in the seller’s name.
The body is finished in bright red paint with classic hot rod-style flames and chrome suspension and trim. A removable tan soft top with side and rear plastic windows will go with the car.
Chrome 15” Boyd Coddington wheels are fitted with staggered-width BFGoodrich Touring T/A tires. 4-wheel disc brakes and rack and pinion steering are fitted.
The interior is fitted with custom tan leather on the seats, lower dash, doors, and kick panels, as well as matching carpet. New additions include an iIdidit tilt steering wheel and a Sony stereo system with audio components hidden under the folding bench seat.
All new Stewart-Warner instrumentation has been fitted in a custom grooved dash panel and consists of gauges for speed, fuel level, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and voltage. The odometer shows approximately 30k miles, which is the mileage since the build.
A recently rebuilt 302ci Ford V8 pushes is fitted with a COMP Cams camshaft, Edelbrock heads, intake, and valve covers, a SCAT crankshaft, connecting rods, and pistons, a Holley 650 4-barrel carburetor, an HEI distributor, ceramic-coated exhaust manifolds, a new aluminum radiator with an electric fan, and a remote oil filter system. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a C4 3-speed automatic transmission.
An exposed chromed and polished quick-change rear end is accompanied by matching chrome coil-overs, half-shafts, and quad exhaust tips.
A set of louvered underside guards and a removable soft top will go with the car.
