I have never participated in an auction where a person tells the seller they do not want to be put out by participating in a competitive auction so let's make a deal on the side and let the other fools bid. So, if I have the high bid at auction end the seller can turn it down if Haddaca tells him prior to the end of auction he will give more than the final bid. This stinks. Well since I am the seller you are wrong if you think I am cooking up a deal. You may want to put a bid on the car and stop worrying about other buyers. If Haddaca wants the car he can put a bid in as well if not he is a tire kicker.
