Vehicle Story

This 1984 Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS is a 42k-mile sport coupe equipped with the Z65 package, a 4-barrel carburetor, special graphics, fog lamps, and a rear spoiler. It was manufactured in Arlington, Texas, and is powered by a 5.0-liter 305ci V8 paired with a 3-speed automatic transmission. Finished in white over a blue cloth interior, this G-body Monte Carlo SS is now offered with a clean CARFAX report and a clear Michigan title in the seller’s name.

This Monte Carlo was professionally repainted in its factory color scheme of White (11U) with a black grille insert, black side moldings, and blue accented SS graphics on the doors. SS-specific exterior features include an aerodynamic nose, integrated fog lamps in the lower air dam, body-colored side-view mirrors, and a color-matched rear spoiler and dual exhaust at the rear.

Factory 14” wheels with white accents are wrapped in Kelly Charger tires of unknown age.

The interior is fitted with a blue cloth bench seat and matching door panels, dash, and carpeting. Amenities include air conditioning, woodgrain trim, and a tilt steering wheel. The stereo system is a Sony AM/FM/CD head unit with Bluetooth connectivity.

Instrumentation consists of an 85-mph speedometer, a 6k tachometer, and gauges for fuel level, voltage, coolant temperature, and oil pressure. The 5-digit mechanical odometer shows under 42k miles, which the selling dealer asserts is true and accurate.

The 5.0-liter 305ci L69 V8 is original to the vehicle and is equipped with a 4-barrel carburetor. It was factory-rated at 180 horsepower when new. Power is transferred to the rear wheels via a 3-speed automatic transmission with a column-mounted shift lever.

The CARFAX report shows no history of accidents or damage.
