Vehicle Story

This 1972 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray is a stock, original car that has been with the seller for two years and shows just over 100k miles. Features include the original interior, factory air conditioning with a new compressor, Rallye wheels, and new tires. It is powered by a 350ci V8 paired with a 3-speed automatic transmission and comes with color-matched removable T-tops. Finished in green metallic over a tan vinyl interior, this C3 Corvette is now offered with a clear Florida title in the seller’s name.

The green metallic paint is reported to be the original finish and the car comes with color-matched T-tops. Exterior features consist of signature C3 pop-up headlamps, vented front fenders, and quad taillamps at the rear, along with a dual exhaust system with polished tips. The seller reports that the chrome is in excellent condition.

Factory 15” Rallye wheels with polished trim rings are wrapped in new BFGoodrich Radial T/A raised-white-letter tires.

The interior is trimmed in tan vinyl with matching door panels, dash, and carpet with embroidered floor mats. The car came equipped from the factory with air conditioning, and the seller reports that the compressor recently replaced. Other amenities include an AM/FM radio, a tilt steering wheel, and a rear defroster.

Instrumentation is framed by a 3-spoke steering wheel with a Corvette flag center horn and consists of a 160-mph speedometer, 7 tachometer, and an analog clock. Gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, fuel level, and voltage are located in the center stack. The 5-digit mechanical odometer reads approximately 101k miles, which the seller asserts is accurate.

The matching-numbers 350ci V8 is rated at 200 horsepower per the seller, and it is mounted within a matte-black engine bay. Power is transferred to the rear wheels via a 3-speed automatic transmission with a console-mounted shift lever.
