@sherlock56 – so not sure i am clear on the branded tiltle, long and short any issues with titling in deleware? Thanks ...
No issue at all. The title lists the mileage as 999,999 (that's what Massachusetts do when they are not sure) and its listed/branded as odometer discrepancy.. I've seen lots of these. Thanks

@JohnBoris – How’s the paint on this car It looks like in a couple of pictures mainly on rear trunk lid photos That the paint is checking ...
OK, on the paint. In general its in good condition and there is no sign of checking. There are swirls in the paint on the back deck/trunk lid. I believe that was what was reflecting in the sunlight. There are also some scratches on the paint surface in that area; not deep and can definitely be buffed out but that needs to be done by a good detailer. We would have that done before the car leaves here. Hope this helps and thank you ..
@JohnBoris – Hello seller What does a branded title mean ? ...
Just saw this question sorry for the delay.. Branded can be many things but in this case the car came up from Texas and the Massachusetts RMV looked at the mileage and the age of the car and they branded it with an odometer discrepancy. Essentially, It was listed as exempt in Texas but they don't allow that here so that is what the registry decided to do. Thanks... Going to check on the paint now..
@haddaca – But, here are a couple more questions for the owner!! The block and oil pan were not repainted with the engine overhaul. Was that overlooked or some other reason ?? ...
Hi there, the restoration was done before we owned the car so I cannot comment on why the engine and pan were not painted. Please feel free to send an inspector to see the car, they will not be disappointed in it at all.
