Well if there are cracks in the coves this can be due to fiberglass Matt separation. A very big concern on these old vetts as it can be the most costly and time consuming part of the restoration. And you need to find the right guys who know what they are doing. So, not sure if this is the issue, but it is the only clue besides a replaced engine. More disclosure would be very helpful.

I will ask about the elephant in the room: market prices are what they are. Clearly, there is something keeping the price suppressed. If you are up front about whatever that might be (perhaps related to the engine replacement), Ithink the price will reflect the transparency of info and will go up substantially. Without 100% up front info, the bids will likely stay suppressed. Is there anything negative about the car you are willing to volunteer beyond what is already provided?
