Also - the rear of this with the tilted tire is NOT of a 1967 Plus 4. Something very, very amiss.....without looking deep.
I am surprised this is here. It is a Morgan 4/4 NOT a plus 4. By the restorer using a Ford 1172cc side-valve inline instead of the 2.0-liter Triumph TR3 engine, a 1991cc overhead valve inline-four cylinder engine in a Morgan +4. Also the dash where the switches are is for a 4/4. This should be removed and I think the $150K restoration - especially if the wrong everything to a +4 body - a serios question.
