2016 Ford Mustang GT Convertible

This 2016 Ford Mustang GT convertible has covered 11,900 miles since new and has been treated to a variety of cosmetic and performance upgrades, including a set of 19” American Muscle wheels wrapped in Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires and a custom alcantara style trimmed interior. The engine is a 5.0-liter Coyote V8 with a Roush cold air intake and an AEM Performance re-flash, which is backed by a 6-speed automatic transmission. This Mustang GT was originally sold on September 3rd of its model year by Mullahey Ford of Arroyo Grande, California and has resided in Northern California since new. Finished in Ruby Red Pearl Tricoat with a black cloth retractable top over a black alcantara leather interior, this 2016 Ford Mustang GT is now offered by the selling dealer with owner’s manuals, its window sticker and a clean CARFAX report

This Mustang is finished in Ruby Red Pearl Tricoat and wears a power-operated black cloth retractable top. The accompanying CARFAX report describes it as a one-owner vehicle, and the exterior finishes are reported to be in condition commensurate with garage storage. Equipment includes 5.0 badging on the front fenders, a black-finished grille, fascia, and rocker panels, and a dual exhaust system. In the interest of aerodynamics, the car has been fitted with hood vents, a rear diffuser, and a trunk lid spoiler. The car’s window sticker shows that it came factory-equipped with HID projector headlamps, LED fog lamps, and sequential turn signals.

Black 19” American Muscle Performance Pack wheels were mounted approximately 5,000 miles ago with Michelin Pilot Super Sport 255-section tires up front and 275-section in the rear. Handling is aided by an electric power-assisted steering system and brakes are four-wheel discs with aftermarket red caliper covers. An aftermarket front sway bar was added by Maier Inc., in Livermore, California.

The interior has seating for four and is fitted with alcantara style trimmed heated, cooled, and power-operated leather bucket seats with red stitching. This $4,500 custom upgrade extends to the door panels, a leather and aluminum steering wheel, and a GT-branded trunk mat. In addition, a brushed aluminum Coyote plaque was added to the dash and Roush-embroidered floormats line the footwells. Amenities include a voice-activated navigation system with an eight-inch center touch-screen, power windows with one-touch functionality, dual-zone automatic climate control, illuminated vanity mirrors, a smart-charging USB port, and an auto-dimming rearview mirror. An optional $1,795 Shaker Pro audio system with 12 speakers is also present.

Gauges are housed within a carbon fiber-trimmed surround and include a 160-mph speedometer, an 8,000-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary readings for fuel level and coolant temperature, along with a multi-function digital screen for other vehicle systems. The digital odometer shows 11,900 miles, which are original per the seller and corroborated by the CARFAX report.

The 5.0-liter DOHC 32-valve Coyote V8 has received a re-flash by AEM Performance along with a Roush cold air intake and put down 401 horsepower at 6,475 rpm and 385 pound-feet of torque at 4,225 when tested on a Dynojet dynamometer in March of 2017. The engine is mated to a Ford 6R80 6-speed automatic transmission which sends power to the 3.15:1 limited-slip rear axle. The CARFAX report shows service having been performed at 9,971 miles from Livermore Auto Group, and maintenance is reported to be up-to-date by the seller.

The CARFAX report shows no accidents or damage on record. The sale includes the original manuals, the factory intake, and a copy of the original Monroney sticker showing a $47,970 MSRP including destination and handling. The selling dealer notes the vehicle is not compliant with California emissions regulations due to the Roush cold air intake and cannot be sold to an in-state buyer.
