This 1961 Ford F100 Flareside is described as having undergone a refurbishment that included a paint respray, replacement of the wood bed, and refinished brightwork under prior ownership. Power comes from a 302ci Ford small-block V8 bolted to a 3-speed manual with a column-shift, the latter of which was part of the truck's original specification. Finished in a shade of Holly Green over a black and grey cloth interior, this 1961 Ford F100 is accompanied by maintenance records and offered on a clear Massachusetts title.
This F100 comes from the first model year of the fourth-generation Ford F-Series, and is said to have been resprayed Holly Green several years ago under previous ownership. Brightwork is reported to have been refinished and is described as being in good condition, including the front and rear bumpers, grille, and sideview mirrors. The Flareside bed also received replacement wood bed and hardware at the time of refurbishment.
Fifteen-inch steel wheels are finished in red and wear polished trim rings and Ford hubcaps.
The interior contains a reupholstered black cloth and grey bench seat, while the dash is color-matched to the exterior and the instrument panel is white. Other items of note include front vent windows, a black vinyl floor pad, and armrests on the door panels.
A single gauge contains a 100-mph speedometer surrounded by needles for fuel and coolant temperature and warning lights for oil and generator charging. The five-digit mechanical odometer reads 68k miles, but total chassis mileage is unknown.
The 302ci Ford small-block V8 is mounted within a repainted engine bay and has a chrome air cleaner assembly and finned "Powered by Ford" valve covers. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a 3-speed manual transmission with a column-mounted shift lever.
