@elkhunter5241 – Why the reconstruckted title thing can you please explain ? In Oregon a title of that describtion means its been totaled by Insurance please explain as I am interested and have lots of family in your home state My email is [email protected] or you may text 1 971 282 5786 after 11am PCT I work very late at night. Thank you for a reply Hank Schulz ...
On my title it reads under "Make / Model - Assembled / 1932 Chevrolet" and then 1/2 way down the title it reads "Brands - Reconstructed". They both mean it was a kit car, or a car that was built. The main reason I had to have that on the title is because I did not have the original title. If a car was totaled buy an insurance company or got from a salvage yard it would have on the title "Previously Salvaged". I just spoke to the DMV. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks
@Bummer – Can you send a picture of the title? I would need to send it to Canadian border services to see if they will allow a rebuilt title into the country! ...
Bummer, I just spoke to my contact and she said it was OK to send you a copy. Please give me your phone # and/or email and I will message you a copy.
