White powdery is probably dust and that is surface rust
What is the white powdery substance by the clutch pedal? And why is there rust in the foot wall area?
Great thanks so much I regretted selling my 1980 mgb I got sick went on dialysis and just received a kidney in Nov so I saw this car and brought back fond memories
@Flatbush40 – What does tlc mean in engine bay is there much rust in bay ...
TLC means it can be cleaned up a bit It’s not rusted engines bay can freshened up But all is working and runs great
