This 1975 Lincoln Continental Mark IV two-door hardtop offers split-bench Comfort Lounge leather seating along with interior amenities such as automatic climate control, a Cartier clock, woodgrain trim, and illuminated vanity mirrors. Power comes from a 460ci V8 backed by a 3-speed automatic transmission, and the seller states that the drivetrain has covered 60k miles since new. Finished in Maize Yellow over a tan cloth interior, this fifth-generation Continental is now offered with service records, a Marti Report, and a clear Virginia title in the seller’s name.
The Continental received a new design beginning in 1970 that rode on a stretched version of the body-on-frame chassis that was shared with the Ford LTD and Mercury Marquis. In 1975, additional changes were made to incorporate revised taillights and a restyled roofline. This example retains its original Maize Yellow (6N) paint finish and is accented by a gold vinyl roof with an opera window, vacuum-operated hidden headlamps, and brightwork for the bumpers, grille, and other trim accents.
The 15” steel wheels with full covers are wrapped in whitewall tires. Power steering and power brakes are outfitted, and the suspension is comprised of coil springs at all four corners.
Cabin accommodations are set up with power-operated tan Comfort Lounge split-bench leather seats up front with matching fold-down armrests, color-keyed to the door panels, dash, and carpeting. Woodgrain trim and Continental scripted badging adorn the dashboard, and luxury offerings include cruise control, automatic climate control, an AM/FM radio, power windows, interval windshield wipers, illuminated vanity mirrors, a tilt-adjustable steering wheel, and a Cartier clock.
A woodgrain bezel on the dash features in a series of squared instrument clusters, including a 120-mph speedometer, a fuel gauge, and other readouts. The five-digit mechanical odometer reads 60k miles which the seller asserts is original, although true mileage on the chassis is unknown.
The 460ci V8 was factory rated at 223 horsepower and 366 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a 3-speed automatic transmission and a column-mounted shift lever.
The sale includes service records and a Marti Report.

If possible I would like the successful buyer to not pick the car up until at least Thursday. I had to order a new passenger side electric seat switch and it will be here Wednesday. I would like to install it, but I can mail it if you need the car right away. Roger
Yes the Heat and AC work on automatic or you can turn the fan to low, medium or High yourself. It’s cold . Thanks Roger
Does the a/c work properly?
