2017 Acura NSX

This 2017 Acura NSX is a twin-turbocharged, all-wheel drive, hybrid sports coupe that has covered 21,000 miles since new and features a 3.5-liter V6 working in conjunction with three electric motors to send power to all four wheels via a 9-speed dual-clutch automatic transaxle. This NSX was originally sold in Arlington, Texas, and later resold as an Acura certified pre-owned vehicle, then subsequently relocated to Arizona in early 2020 where it has resided since. Equipment includes a Brembo braking system with ceramic components, Jewel Eye headlights, a multi-view camera system, and dual-zone automatic climate control. Finished in a glossy Atomic Green wrap over a factory-applied Source Silver Metallic exterior and a black leather interior, this NC1 second-generation NSX Is now offered with a clean CARFAX report and a clear Arizona title in the owner’s name.

After a 12-year absence, the NSX halo sports coupe returned to the Acura model lineup for 2017 using a hybrid electric powertrain and a space-frame design with an aluminum body and high-strength steel. This example from that initial year left the Marysville, Ohio factory painted Source Silver Metallic and wears a gloss-finished Atomic Green wrap that covers the body, pop-out door handles, and sideview mirrors while retaining a black-painted roof. Lighting is provided by Jewel Eye LED headlights, LED daytime running lamps, and LED taillamps. The car has a mesh front grille design, a lower front air dam, side air intakes on the rear quarters, and a rear diffuser with a centrally-mounted single-outlet exhaust.

Graphite-finished alloy wheels are staggered at 19” in front and 20” in the rear. Braking equipment includes an optional carbon-ceramic Brembo braking package connected to a Vehicle Stability Assist (VSA) system with anti-lock, and the suspension is a double-wishbone setup in front and multi-link rear.

The cabin offers dual heated and power-adjustable buckets upholstered in black leather with Alcantara inserts, color-matched to the door panels, dash, console, and headliner. An Integrated Dynamic System (IDS) with a center column-mounted selector toggles between various drive modes including Quiet and Sport. Infotainment is provided by an LCD touchscreen and multi-view rear camera and features Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity as well as ELS Studio audio, a USB jack, HD radio, Bluetooth, and more. Amenities include steering wheel-mounted paddle shift levers, dual-zone automatic climate control with an air filtration system, power windows, power door locks, auto up/down windows, and an auto-dimming rearview mirror.

Instrumentation provides a centrally-mounted 8k-rpm tachometer with a digital inset speedometer, and these are flanked by gauges for hybrid powertrain data, coolant temperature, and fuel level. The digital odometer reads approximately 21k miles, which the selling dealer asserts is the actual mileage.

The mid-mounted twin-turbo 3.5-liter DOHC V6 is assisted by a trio of electric motors, with one motor at each front wheel and a third mounted between the engine and transaxle, and factory performance numbers are 573 horsepower and 476 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to all four wheels via a 9-speed dual-clutch automatic transaxle and a Super Handling All-Wheel Drive (SH-AWD) system with a push-button transmission selector on the center console.

The CARFAX shows consistent maintenance over the car’s lifetime, most recently receiving service in May 2021 at Acura North Scottsdale in Phoenix. A dealership-performed 15k-mile service was carried out in 2019.

The CARFAX report denotes this as an accident and damage-free vehicle. The car carries the balance of the existing factory extended warranty.
