Power comes from the original 292ci V8 paired with an automatic transmission while the car is equipped with new upholstery, both hard and soft tops, mechanical braking, power steering, AM radio, and white sidewall tires. Located in Agua Dulce, California, this 1955 Thunderbird is offered for sale by the seller's power of attorney with a clear California title in the seller's name. 

The exterior finish is Snowshoe White which is accented by chrome bumpers and trimmings, dual exhaust exits integrated into the rear fascia and a scooped clamshell opening hood. The body-matched removable hardtop with rolling storage carrier will be included in the sale along with the cloth soft top. 

The car rides on a set of standard 15-inch wheels with solid chrome hub caps wrapped in white sidewall tires while mechanical braking provides stopping power for the 102-inch wheelbase. Coil sprung independent front suspension comes with the addition of a factory sway bar while the rear is equipped with a leaf-sprung solid axle. 

Interior upholstery was recently refreshed with new two-tone black and white vinyl contrasted by stainless hardware and trim with black carpeting and dash pad. Windows and locks are engaged manually and an aftermarket radio is equipped in the dash above a floor-mounted automatic shifter. 

Instrumentation is framed by a 2-spoke steering wheel and features a large 150-mph speedometer with integrated dials for fuel level and coolant temperature flanked by a 5k-rpm tachometer and analog clock. The 5-digit odometer is reported to show approximately 124,471 miles of use. 

The 292ci V8 plant and Ford-o-Matic automatic transmission are said to be original to the car topped off with a single 4-barrel carburetor and a new air cleaner with fresh oil after a recent service. The automatic transmission option provided a small bump in power to 198hp over the standard manual transmission counterparts and this one is reported to run well with regular maintenance on an as-needed basis.
