Vehicle Story

This 2007 Porsche 911 Targa 4 is finished in Arctic Silver Metallic over black leather and is powered by a 3.6-liter flat-six paired with 6-speed manual transmission driving all four wheels.  The car was sold new in Ohio at White Allen European Auto Group and has spent the last five years in Washington state.  Equipment includes Sport Chrono Plus, a power sliding glass roof, fold-down rear seats, and an active rear spoiler. This 911 is now offered with a clean CARFAX report and a clean Washington title from the selling dealership in Spokane.

The car is finished in it's original Arctic Silver Metallic and has reportedly not had any history of paintwork or bodywork. Compared to traditional 911s, the 4 and 4S all-wheel-drive models were wider by 1.76 inches and had wider rear tires. The streamlined silhouette of the 911 is otherwise shared with similar 911 models and includes aerodynamic side-view mirrors. The car is equipped with the Bi-Xenon Headlamp Package.

Factory 19” Turbo alloy wheels staggered wheels are fitted with recently installed 235-35-19 size tires upfront and 305-30-19 tires in the rear.

The interior is fitted with heated, power-adjustable leather seats with black carpeting.  The car has a storage area behind the rear seats which can be accessed from the hatch. The 3-spoke steering wheel, Sport Chrono Package Plus, and Bose High-End Sound Package were all added from the factory. The seller reports that all power options are operating as they should.

Instrumentation includes a 200-mph speedometer, an 8,000-rpm tachometer, and a digital odometer that reads 43,000 miles. The selling dealer acquired the vehicle this year and has added about 150 of those miles.

The 3.6L flat-six is original to the car and was factory rated at 325 horsepower and 273 lb-ft of torque.  Maintenance records are said to be complete.  The nine-page CARFAX report shows no accident history and also details the extensive maintenance performed over the lifetime of the car including a comprehensive 30,000-mile service in 2012.  The car received a recent oil service, tires, and brakes.

Similar to the preceding 996 generation, the 997 Targa offered a retractable glass roof and opening rear hatch unique to the model. Only 894 911 Targa 4 models were produced for the 2007 model year

It would almost be better to think the site has been hacked rather than someone can't discern the millionths digit from the thousandths. Whatever, I guess the auction is toast.
