1976 Ford Mustang II

This original 1976 Ford Mustang II is finished in cream yellow with a tan vinyl roof and is powered by a 2.8L Cologne V6 engine mated to an automatic transmission. The odometer reads just over 67k original miles and the seller states no bodywork has been performed on the vehicle. Equipped with the factory AM radio, power steering, new wheel covers, and factory air conditioning (recently converted to R134a refrigerant), and all features are in good working order. The seller has all service records performed during their ownership and is offered with a clean California title.

This  Mustang II is finished in the original factory Cream (6P) with a Tan vinyl top.  The exterior features body-colored bumpers with rubber bumperettes on both the front and the rear.  Side marker turn signals are integrated into the front fenders.  The seller notes no damage and no accidents in the vehicle’s history.

This Mustang II features wire hubcap covers, per the seller, they are not original to the car but correct for what was equipped from the factory. When introduced, the Mustang II utilized an isolated front suspension with standard disc brakes and the steering uses a rack and pinion design.

The interior is fitted with reupholstered brown leather seats and matching carpet that runs throughout the cabin onto each door panel.  The two-tone door panels show a cream colored vinyl that wraps onto the dashboard.  Door panels are fitted with manual windows and door locks, each having the Mustang emblem just above the arm rests.  A center console and armrest splits the seats with a faux wood grained emergency brake handle. Equipment includes an AM radio and factory air conditioning.

The original steering wheel anchors the instrument cluster complete with a 6,000 RPM tachometer and 120 mph speedometer.  The 5 digit odometer shows just over 67k miles, believed to be the original mileage per the seller, with just over 1k miles added within the last year.

This Mustang II is powered by a 2.8L Cologne V6 engine.  The engine was factory rated at 90hp using a geared camshaft design and three-port heards, it's mated to a C3 automatic transmission. The exhaust manifold gasket was replaced by the seller in April 2020.
