This 1991 Dodge Ram D350 regular-cab 2WD long bed is a well-maintained dually pickup powered by a 5.9-liter Cummins turbo-diesel inline-six paired with a 5-speed manual transmission. This three-owner Texas pickup comes with a maintenance logbook back to new, retains an all-stock configuration, and features an auxiliary fuel tank, toolbox, and more. Finished in two-tone silver and white over a gray cloth interior, this first-generation D350 is now offered with a clean CARFAX report, maintenance records, and a clear Texas title in the seller’s name.
The first-generation Ram pickup launched in 1981 on the Chrysler AD platform in regular cab, extended cab, and crew cab body styles. This three-owner D350 from 1991 was built in a dually, long bed configuration and is painted two-tone silver and white. The exterior features a front bumper guard, a windshield visor, cab lights, a sliding rear window, and mud flaps. Utility add-ons include a gooseneck trailer hookup and a bumper-mounted tow hitch, a toolbox, and an external fuel tank. The seller notes that there are some cosmetic blemishes including rock chips consistent with age and mileage.
Chrome-finished 16” wheels are wrapped in Hankook Dynapro MT tires with good tread remaining.
The interior contains a gray cloth bench seat, matching finishes for the door panels, dash, and carpeting, and a woodgrain veneer overlay on the instrument panel. Amenities include tinted windows, air conditioning, power windows, power door locks, power mirrors, dual cup holders, and a factory AM/FM/cassette head unit.
Instrumentation includes a 100-mph speedometer and ancillary gauges for oil pressure, coolant temperature, fuel level, and voltage. An aftermarket tachometer has been mounted on top of the dash and a boost gauge is mounted underneath. The six-digit mechanical odometer reads approximately 345k miles, which the seller asserts is a true reading.
The 12-valve Cummins turbo diesel 5.9-liter B-series inline-six carried a factory rating of 160 horsepower and 400 lb-ft of torque when new. Power is directed to the rear wheels via a 5-speed manual transmission.
Photos showing the underside are available in the carousel.
The CARFAX report shows no history of accidents or damage and documents Texas registration from new. The sale includes maintenance logs and a video is available for viewing below.
