This real Henry Ford steel 5-window coupe is finished in black over a red leather interior and has been fully restored. The power comes from a 383ci Chevrolet small block V8 engine mated to a 700R4 4 speed automatic transmission. It sits on a Heidts custom chassis with a four-wheel Wilwood brake system upgrade, complete with a Wilwood master cylinder for increased stopping power. The car rides on QA1 coilovers all around. The front suspension utilizes a rack and pinion steering system with tubular control arms and the rear is equipped with a 4-link setup. The seller notes there are no miles driven since this restoration. No prior bodywork or accidents are noted and the vehicle is offered with a clear Kansas title.
The body was refinished to show car level in custom black finish. The seller states there are no exterior blemishes on the vehicle. Full fenders are featured with Scott Drake running boards, a painted grill with polished surround, chrome exterior mirrors, and dual taillights.
The 5-spoke Budnik wheels are finished in polished chrome with recently replaced tires. The brake system has been upgraded to a four-wheel Wilwood brake system complete with a Wilwood master cylinder for stopping power. The car rides on QA1 coilovers all around, the front suspension utilizes a rack and pinion steering system with tubular control arms and the rear is equipped with a 4-link setup. The interior is upholstered in red leather for the seats and door panels, with carpets to match. Door panels are accented by a chrome door handles and are offset by a black dash. The seller notes an upgraded custom sound system has been installed as well.
A custom polished three-spoke steering wheel is fitted to a tilt steering column, along with a floor mounted Lokar shifter. The chrome accented 140mph speedometer is located just in front of the steering wheel. The seller has owned the car for just over a year and has not put any miles on the vehicle since the restoration was completed.
The Chevrolet 383ci V8 is stroked from a 350ci small-block and mated to a 700R4 4-speed automatic transmission featuring a 30 percent overdrive in the fourth gear. The seller has noted the vehicle is equipped with an electronic fuel injection system and a dual exhaust. An oil change has recently been completed.
