This 2008 Bentley Continental GTC Mulliner all-wheel-drive convertible is recently serviced and has driven 25,454 miles since new, powered by a twin-turbocharged 6.0-liter W12 paired with a 6-speed ZF Tiptronic automatic transaxle. Originally sold in Ormond Beach, Florida in May 2008, the car was subsequently relocated to the west coast and then to Colorado in early 2021 where it has resided since. Equipment includes a power-operated retractable top, dual-zone automatic climate control, heated leather seats, and more. Finished in Dark Sapphire Blue over a Cognac leather interior, this first-generation Continental is now offered with a CARFAX report, three keys, sales literature, a service manual, records, a trickle charger, a car cover, and a clear Colorado title in the seller’s name.
The Continental GT first debuted for the model year 2003 at the Geneva Auto Show and subsequently received a refresh in 2005 which included the launch of the GTC convertible variant, a larger front grille, and additional customization options both inside and out. This 2008 GTC example is painted Dark Sapphire Blue and has a matching power-operated retractable top. The exterior is complete with a mesh front grille, headlight washers, color-matched trim and side view mirrors, and dual polished exhaust outlets. The seller notes that there are two small abrasions on the fabric top less than a quarter-inch in size on the right rear quarter of the top.
Aluminum 20” seven-spoke wheels are wrapped in Pirelli P-Zero tires and free of curb rashes or scratches. A tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) is equipped, along with an adjustable air suspension. Braking is handled by four-wheel ventilated disc brakes with an anti-lock braking system and multi-piston calipers.
The interior is fitted with Cognac heated and power-adjustable leather bucket seats with diamond-pattern stitching, color-matched to the door panels, lower dash, and carpeting. The cabin is accented in burled walnut trim for the dash and center console. Additional amenities include a Breitling analog clock, memory seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, power windows, power door locks, heated mirrors, cruise control, and rain-sensing windshield wipers. The infotainment is home to a navigation system, multi-CD changer, Bluetooth connectivity, and satellite radio. A full-sized Pirelli spare tire is housed in the trunk.
Instrumentation is framed by a multi-function steering wheel and provides a 210-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, a coolant temperature gauge, a fuel gauge, and a multi-function center display with an exterior thermometer and other functions. The digital odometer reads 25,454 miles, which the seller asserts is a true reading.
The 6.0-liter twin-turbocharged W12 was factory rated at 552 horsepower and 479 lb-ft of torque. An oil change and inspection were performed in July 2021, and the vehicle passed a California emissions inspection in May 2020. Power is directed to all four wheels via a ZF 6-speed Tiptronic automatic transaxle.
The CARFAX report mentions an accident report from December 2019 involving a sideswipe collision but no additional details are available. The sale includes three keys, sales literature, records, a car cover, a trickle charger, and a service manual.
