1965 Chevrolet Corvette

This 1965 Corvette was restored and modified 5 years ago by the previous owner, and with a fresh Blueprint Engines 350 small block completed about 2000 miles ago.  Finished in Garnet Red over a black leather interior and featuring a 1967 hood and modified rear lights. The 350 V8 sends its power to the rear wheels through a 4-speed manual transmission. Modifications include an Edelbrock carburetor, upgraded stereo system, side pipes, and upgraded suspension. Located in Phoenix, Arizona with an estimated 56,000 miles on the odometer this Corvette is now available with a clean Arizona title in the seller's name. 

The body is finished in Garnet Red with chrome side pipes, front bumper delete, a single driver-side mirror,1967 hood and an additional tail light per side for six total lamps at the rear. The right headlamp is functional but currently does not open. Overall paint condition is said to be good and minor flaws reported by the seller are highlighted in the gallery.

Completing the exterior modifications a set of raised white letter BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires are mounted on new 15inch American Racing wheels.

On the interior, the seats were redone in black leather and new carpet was installed by the current owner. The steering wheel and dash are original. An upgraded audio system is installed with the original in the dash still in place and the new head unit mounted under the glove box to maintain the factory appearance.

The gauge cluster contains a 7,000-rpm tachometer and a 160-mph speedometer with a five-digit odometer that displays 56k miles. Other small gauges include battery amperage, fuel level, oil pressure, and water temp. A clock with a 24-hour inner scale is situated in the center stack about the climate controls and radio.

Power comes from the edlebrock carburetor equipped Blueprint Engines 350ci V8 engine that is not original to the car and the engine manufacturers paperwork is available. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a 4-speed manual transmission.
