This garage-kept 2008 Dodge Challenger SRT8 is 1 of 708 First Edition Challengers painted Bright Silver Metallic. Sold new in Missouri, the car was immediately relocated to Colorado where it currently resides. Equipment includes a 6.1-liter V8 paired with an automatic transmission, 4-wheel ABS, 4-wheel independent suspension, 4-wheel disc brakes, power steering, front and rear stabilizer bars, front airbags, cruise control, power steering, tilt and telescoping steering wheel, audio controls on the steering wheel, heated mirrors, 6-way power driver seat, and heated seats. Having covered just over 17k miles from new, this Challenger is offered on a clean Colorado title
Reintroduced for the 2008 model year, the Challenger features scoops in the hood, an SRT8 emblem on the rear spoiler, and an SRT emblem in the grille up front. Finished in Bright Silver metallic, black accents are found on the rear spoiler and dual hood stripes. The seller reports a small dent in the driver-side front fender, photos can be seen in the gallery.
Factory 5-spoke alloy wheels are wrapped in recently replaced tires. The ride is supported by a 4-wheel independent suspension while slowing and stopping happen through 4-wheel ABS and 4-wheel Brembo disc brakes.
The front and rear seats are finished in black leather with Alcantara inserts, white contrast stitching, and SRT logos embroidered in the backrest. Features include heated seats, a 6-way power driver seat, front airbags, cruise control, power steering, tilt and telescoping steering wheel, multifunction steering wheel, and heated mirrors.
Instrumentation behind the steering wheel includes gauges for gas, speed, rpm, and temperature. The odometer shows just over 17K miles, which are original to the vehicle.
The 6.1-liter V8 is factory rated at 425 horsepower and 420 il-ft of torque and is linked to a 5-speed automatic transmission. The engine remains in unmodified condition
