This 2005 BMW 645ci convertible was originally purchased in Colorado prior to being shipped to Southern California where it has remained since and is now available at auction in well-maintained and dealer-serviced condition with just over 51,600 miles on the odometer. Power comes from a 4.4L V8 paired with an automatic transmission and features include power steering, braking, soft top, windows, doors, locks and seats along with a dual exhaust system, navigation, cruise control, and automatic air conditioning. The car is now located in Alsip Illinois and sold with a clean title in the seller's name.
Finished in Titansilber Metallic (354) with black trim pieces, the convertible exterior comes fitted with a black power soft top with rear glass, dual exhausts with a rear exit and dual remote side mirrors. The exterior appears to be in excellent condition due in part to the installation of a protective clear front bra and a lifetime of use in warm climates.
The factory set of 19-inch style-121 7-spoke wheels are equipped with black-walled Pirelli rubber on all four corners over power-assisted 4-wheel disc brakes. Power steering is comes fitted as standard to handle the E64 chassis which was a shortened version derived from the E60 5-series cars.
The interior is outfitted in gray leather and vinyl and features heated power-adjustable leather sport bucket seating separated by a center console with a cupholder. Additionally, power windows, power locks, automatic heat and air conditioning, navigation, cruise control, rear window defroster and dual visor mirrors are equipped along with the addition of an integrated wind deflector for smooth top-down driving.
Instrumentation is framed by the factory 3-spoke steering wheel and consists of a 160-mph speedometer and 7k-rpm tachometer with integrated dials for fuel level and oil temperature. The digital odometer is reported to show 51,635 total miles driven on the chassis.
The rear wheels are powered by a 325hp fuel-injected 4.4L V8 paired with an automatic transmission which has been well maintained and dealer serviced throughout the car's lifetime. The engine is said to run smoothly and appears to have been detailed retaining its original factory appearance under the hood.
