Vehicle Story

This 1957 Chevrolet 210 2-door sedan has been with the seller for the past 6 years and is now available complete with a number of updates and refreshments inside and out. Power comes from a non-original 283ci V8 paired with a 4-speed manual transmission and equipment includes manual steering, mechanical brakes, aftermarket stereo, dual exhaust and custom wheels. Located in Arlington, Washington, the car is offered with a clean title in the seller's name.

The 2-door post exterior is finished in two-tone white over green with chromed trimmings and ivory-colored accents on the rear quarters. Exterior features include chrome bumpers, side mirrors and brightwork along with clean glass and reportedly excellent paintwork.

Mechanical front disc and rear drum brakes are equipped and were recently overhauled with new drums and refreshed rotors along with a new master cylinder in June of 2020. Manual steering is present to handle a set of aftermarket mag wheels mounted in raised white letter tires.

The interior was refinished under prior ownership and comes outfitted in shades of green and teal with vinyl upholstery over bench seating and green carpeting. A Retrosound stereo with Bluetooth functionality is equipped along with all-new floor mats, manual cranking windows and a heater.

Instrumentation is framed by a stock 2-spoke steering wheel and includes a 120-mph speedometer along with dials for fuel level and coolant temperature. The column-mounted 8k-rpm tachometer is an aftermarket piece and the 5-digit odometer shows 22,801 miles on the chassis while true mileage is unknown.

Power is sent to the rear wheels by a 283ci V8 in place of the original inline-6 paired with a Muncie 4-speed manual transmission. The engine is said to have been overhauled and driven approximately 22,000 miles since while dressed in a set of aluminum valve covers and a matching air cleaner.
